WP Referral Clarity

AffiliateWP keeps pending referrals out of the Affiliate Area. An affiliate who sent a buyer sees nothing until the store approves the sale, and that silence turns into support tickets. WP Referral Clarity, a WordPress add-on from PluginSprout, puts a panel at the top of the affiliate's Referrals tab with their approved but unpaid total and their 20 newest pending referrals, each with a plain-language reason the store can reword. Once the store sets a date rule, each pending referral also shows "Expected to clear around" and a date.

Store admins get a dashboard with revenue, referrals, conversion rate, the pending count and a 30-day revenue chart. Reports filter by status, date range, affiliate, campaign, tier, product or referral source, and a view can be saved, shared with other admins, emailed daily, weekly or monthly, or exported to CSV. Three patterns are flagged for a person to check: quick repeat conversions from one affiliate, a customer whose name or email domain matches the affiliate's own, and a day's volume far above that affiliate's usual.

The add-on reads AffiliateWP's data and never changes it. Approvals, rejections and payouts stay in AffiliateWP, and a flag never blocks a referral. It needs AffiliateWP, WordPress 6.5 and PHP 8.0 or newer. A licence for one site is $79 a year.
